As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail/phone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship out within 4-5 business days from the date of your order (EXCEPTIONS: during holiday/busy seasons). We will send you tracking information within 5-7 business days of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If the item is very damaged DO NOT accept delivery. If your item(s) do arrive slightly damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Also, make a note on the delivery receipt. If there is no proof of damage upon receipt/on the bill of lading, the claim may be denied.
Please make sure you report damages and/or defects within 48 hours of receipt.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 12 hours are subject to a 3% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for all shipping charges. There will also be a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

What are the return policies for buyer's remorse, damaged in transit, and defective items?
Buyer's remorse: No buyer's remorse returns.
Damages: damages during shipping are on a case by case basis. Make note of any damages on the delivery receipt in order to get a replacement piece or unit if warranted. If theres no proof of damage noted on the bill of lading, and photos taken and sent to us within 48 hours of receipt, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
Concealed Damage: Open your product's packaging and inspect to make sure there's no concealed damage within 48 hours of receipt. If there's damage, please take photos and send them to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your product. If there's no proof of concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery we cannot guarantee replacement or exchange.
Defective items will be replaced. Item must be unused and in it's original packaging. The package will assessed upon receipt. If it's in acceptable condition, the customer will receive a refund/ new unit.
