The Mojo Battery Charging Docking Station lets you charge your battery separately from your scooter. Bring it to your house to charge while leaving your scooter in your vehicle or garage. Prolongs battery life by avoiding deep freeze or high heat that can negatively affect all batteries. Put a spare battery on your in-home charger so you never run short of power.
This charger station is not meant for older model Mobie Plus batteries.

What is Enhance Mobility’s return policy?
Dealers have 7 business days from the date product was received to request a Return Manufacturer’s Authorization Number (RMA #). Enhance Mobility charges a 20% restocking fee for ALL returned items. The return fee is charged back to the dealer on wholesale cost. Returned products must be in new, unused condition in original packaging. Custom orders and accessories including batteries are NON-REFUNDABLE. Enhance Mobility will not accept returned items without a RMA #. Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned product(s). Dealers may offer a different return policy than the Enhance Mobility Return Policy; however, Enhance Mobility is only liable for the obligations as stated in this Return Policy.
What is the standard warranty for Enhance Mobility’s products?
Transformer and Mobie Plus Scooters have a 24-month warranty on electrical components, limited lifetime coverage on the frame, and a 12-month warranty on the Lithium-Ion battery.
TRIAXE Scooters have a 3-year warranty on the frame, 12-month warranty on electrical components, and 6-month warranty on the Lithium-Ion battery. The warranty begins immediately following customer purchase.
Tires, Tubes, Trim Pieces and Plastic Shrouds, Upholstery (Seat Back and Seat Cushions). This warranty excludes the following: Loss or theft of any and all accessories (such as keys, remote controls etc.), damages caused by improper operation or maintenance, irregular spare parts, accidents, damages caused by an unauthorized refit of the scooter, and damages caused by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes.
Is there an extended warranty/ in home service plan available to purchase?
Yes. Enhance Mobility works with a nationwide company to provide this service. The Enhance Mobility service department will troubleshoot by phone and will dispatch from our network of technicians if deemed necessary.
What is the cutoff time on when the in home-service plan can be added to customer’s order?
To initially add the 1-year warranty, Enhance Mobility must receive the request from the dealer within 7 days of scooter purchase. The second-year extended warranty can be added up to 1 month after purchase date. The 2-year extended warranty cannot be added if the customer did not purchase the first year in home service plan.
